Projects regarding

Specialists of our company took an active part in development of new nonflammable materials. Thus, we participated in creation of new insulating and finishing design material for finishing ship compartments, manufacture of fire-retardant shipboard doors, which is confirmed by Certificate of standard issued by Russian Marine Shipping Register, and we are an official representative of LLC Scientific Research and Production Unit “Ukrvermiculite”.

Our company has developed technology of preparation and application of fireproof asbestos-free coating (OMP-V) for steel decks of surface vessels and waterborne vehicles operated in any navigation areas, approved by Russian Marine Shipping Register.

Alongside with that, our company performs outfitting and finishing works with use of materials of world-known manufacturers such as “BIP Group” (Korea), “NORAC” (Norway), “LUBMOR Ltd” (Poland), “ROKWOOL” (Denmark).

It should be noted that OJSC “APK Kommunar” has been certified as confirmed by Certificate of Russian Marine Shipping Register regarding company’s conformity per code 22014000 “Building, remodeling, modernization and repair of technical surveillance facilities”.

LLC “APK Kommunar” is an active participant of exhibitions dedicated to ship building and repair held in Commonwealth of Independent States.

Company’s personnel is manned by highly qualified specialists.

Participation of our company in projects regarding:

1. Application of fireproof asbestos-free leveling mastic coating (OMP-V) based on foamed vermiculite for steel decks of surface vessels and waterborne vehicles operated in any navigation areas. The said coating was used at “Golden prince” vessel (“XXI century” Company, Kyiv, Ukraine), dry cargo vessel of RSD20 design (“Solvenit” Co, Perm Town, Russian Federation).
2. Formation and finishing of ship compartments – manufacture and installation of internal bulkheads, doors, etc. – ferries “Smat” and “Feruz” (“Reserved Capital Enterprises Corporation”, Switzerland).
3. Covering of internal shipboard compartments with vermiculite boards, plastic, stainless sheets, etc. – floating hotel “Shkotov” for “DST Group” (Kazakhstan); ferries “Smat” and “Feruz” (“Reserved Capital Enterprises Corporation”, Switzerland); special purpose vessel (layer of floating booms) for NAK “Naftogaz-Ukraine” (Kyiv, Ukraine).
4. Performance of internal and external preparatory and outfitting works – prime application and painting; lathwork welding, manufacture and installation of stainless steel guard railing, etc. – special purpose vessel for NAK “Naftogaz-Ukraine” (Kyiv, Ukraine); dry cargo vessel of RSD-20 design for “Moskam Shipping” (Moscow, Russian Federation).
5. Manufacture (as based on nonflammable vermiculite boards PVN-O-TU-U 26.8-3110138-004-2004 and № 04.00001,160 STO standard of Russian Marine Shipping Register) and installation of fireproof shipboard furniture, ferries “Smat” and “Feruz” (“Reserved Capital Enterprises Corporation”, Switzerland).
6. Development of marine design and process documentation; creation of marine design project.
7. Welding assembly works in manufacture and repair of marine metalwork (KHF ASK “Ukrrechflot” “Kherson ship building and repair plant named after Komintern”, OJSC “Kherson ship repair plant named after Kuibyshev”.
